Nothing outside the strictly necessary category loads before you choose. Refusing is one click, in the same place and with the same prominence as accepting, which is the standard the ePrivacy Directive and the EDPB's guidance require, and which most banners quietly fail.

There is no legitimate-interest tab, no pre-ticked box and no cookie wall. Closing the banner without choosing is treated as a refusal.

Use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, on any page, at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

You can also clear the site's data in your browser, which removes the stored preference entirely and makes the banner ask again.

It would be easy to publish a long list of cookie names copied from a template. This site does not set them, so the list would be fiction. When real tags are added, this page gets the actual names, purposes, providers and durations.
